Contact them for more details.

11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA was the first state law requiring websites to post a privacy policy. It applies to anyone in the US (and possibly worldwide) running a website that collects information from California residents. We agree to let users visit anonymously, put a Privacy Policy link on our home page, notify you here if the policy changes, and let you update your information by emailing info@fieldorbit.site. We respect Do Not Track signals and won't track, set cookies, or use advertising when your browser has that turned on. You can enable or disable it in your browser settings.

12. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

As a California resident, you can find out what data we have, ask us to delete it, and tell us not to share it. You can ask us what personal information we collected, where it came from, why we collected it, who we shared it with, the actual details we have about you, if we sold it and to whom, and if we shared it for business reasons and to whom. You get two requests per year, and the data covers the last 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information. We'll remove it or de-identify it. Deleting might mean you can't use some features. You can ask us to stop sharing your data. We don't sell or rent your information for money, but transfers to other companies or within our group without payment might count as a sale under California law. You own your Personal Data and can request information or deletion anytime. If you ask us to delete or stop sharing, it might affect your experience and you might lose access to memberships. We won't punish you for exercising your rights. Email info@fieldorbit.site with requests. CCPA is California Consumer Privacy Act. Check the official California Legislative Information website for more. It started on January 1, 2020.
