Terms of Service
In this agreement, "the Company" means Fieldorbit and any of its affiliates. "The Games" refers to whatever products we offer—these could be made up of two main pieces: (a) the game server, or "Server", which the Company or one of our partners hosts and runs; (b) the game client, or "Client", that you install and run on your computer.
1. Grant of a Limited License
As long as you agree to and follow these Terms of Service, we're giving you permission to use the Games. By accepting, you're also agreeing you won't: (a) use the Games for anything commercial or for reasons other than just having fun; (b) use cheats, hacks, exploits, unapproved third-party tools, or any software modifications while playing; (c) create or offer any unauthorized way to play, like private servers or custom matchmaking; (d) mess with how the Games work in any way—whether that's the Servers themselves, the Client, or other people's ability to enjoy the experience; (e) break any laws or regulations while using the Games.
2. Eligibility
You're confirming that you have the legal right to agree to this in your country, or that you're a parent or guardian able to agree on behalf of a minor.
3. Ownership
Everything about the Games belongs to us—the accounts, the code, the compiled software, all the writing and images, the 3D models, artwork, data, sound effects, and music. That's all Company property or property of our partners.
4. User Accounts
We can suspend, delete, or change any account whenever we want, for whatever reason, and we don't have to tell you first.
5. Indemnity
The Company won't be responsible for any losses, damage, injury, costs, or expenses that come from the Games or how you use them. That includes losing characters or virtual items, account issues, ranking changes, data loss, or problems with your computer. We're also not liable for service interruptions—whether that's server connection failures, bugs that keep you from accessing parts of the game, or performance issues that hurt your experience. By using the Games, you're agreeing to protect the Company from any losses, claims, liability, damages, or costs that result from your use.
6. Termination
We can end this agreement whenever we decide, for any reason, without warning.
7. Changes to this Agreement or the Games
We reserve the right to update this agreement or change the Games themselves at any point, at our discretion.
